what do i do withe the two fiels from CCE_SP

only wmp9 reads the video, vegas doesnt ...so how do i combine the video and audio??? whats the term for it??

I think you mean multiplex. If by two files you are referring to the .mpv and the .vaf, then you can juse delete the .vaf if you are done encoding. It is just the information file where CCE stores the data regarding your source. The mpv is the video stream. Most authoring programs use the .m2v ext by default, and there is no difference so either rename your .mpv to .m2v or just tell your authoring/multiplexing program to show "all files."
