help with audio IuVcr

i use IUVCR 4.7.2.285 with crack, so i don`t have a 30-day limit!
I have MSI Ti4800SE 8X VIVO, and my question is: HOW TO SYNCHRONIZE
AUDIO WITH VIDEO ???
Everytime i record something longer (1hour...2...), i have problems with A/V sync!
which codec to use, what settings to use (i use XVID)...
and everything that may be helpfull!!
