xvid audio doesn't appear

I don't know why it does this.
When I load a xvid file, the video location is loaded, but the audio location isn't loaded.

I don't know if it is supposed to do this or not because my computer is really slow to test it.

i don't understand what you meant by audio location not loaded, but i going to try to help anyway.

1. do you have the right codec install; that cold be it, if you don't know, try GSPOT, never try it, but they said it tells you what codec you need to play/encode a movie of unknown format.

2. is the video location, the same as the audio location, then that's normal; nothing's wrong.

3. if the xvid is only video, then the audio won't load cause there ain't any.

4. if none of these is helping, sorry, cause i'm just guessing.
