Versions: EclCCE 1.5c, CCE 2.67.00.11
I set up an encode of a ~2 hour minute movie with a bitrate of 4480, and used the credits bitrate tweak of EclCCE to limit the last ~5 mins to 1500. I saved the project and ran it at the command-line.
Anyway, after compiling the project I realised the vobs were undersized by a bit (40 MB or so). On further inspection, bitrate viewer reported an average bitrate of only 4365. I just went ahead and burned the project anyway.
It's as if CCE did not reallocate the bitrate after setting the credits to a max of 1500.
Has a similar thing happening to anyone else?
BTW I still have the vaf etc and if I change a range's min/max bitrate manually then the other areas do go up/down in the curve.
