I guess it must be 119,88 % but is that right ?
Anyway, I tested with that value and TimeFactory (1.61) won't process the whole file, why is that ? Is there a patch or so ?
Is there another tool like TimeFactory ?
I still need to convert a few files to PAL, is it with SoundForge 6.0 possible ? I know that it has a Time-Stretch function, but how are the settings by converting from 29,970 to 25,000 ?

Use besweet http://dspguru.doom9.net and make sure your command line contains the command:
-ota ( -r 29970 25000 )

@KpeX
thank you, but I tested with BeSweet and it is not accurate with the Pitch! Getting very dark voices, totally different from the original. So, I'm searching for an alternative.
TimeFactory has been recommended at first, but it fails by processing the whole wav-file, every file (generated 6 wav-files from DD5.1 with BeSweet) is approx. 85 minutes long, but TF gives me only approx. 55 minutes back, by playing this newly generated file you can hear that it hasn't processed the whole audio from the movie. Is there a newer version of TimeFactory (I'm using 1.61) able to handle "longer" files ? Is there maybe another tool able to convert the audio in correct pitch ? I'm also using Soundforge 6.0 for my Sample-Editing, and it has a Pitch-function, but what values do I enter into this function to convert the files ? I can't find them in the Soundforge's manual.
