I've got a short movie I done last spring that I want to upload to triggerstreet.com. The problem is that they only allow, at the high resolution level, a 15fps mov or rm file. My movie is a 720x480 29.97fps DV file. They also need the frame size to be no bigger than 350x240.

My problem is that when I try to convert the frame rate in Premiere from 29.97fps to 15fps when I Export the timeline the .mov files' video plays too fast! How do I properly convert the 29.97fps DV file to 15fps Quicktime file?? Any other program that could do this better?

TIA!

Anybody? This may seem like such an easy question to some but I can't find the answer anywhere on the net and I still just can't figure it out. For all I know I might over looking one thing.

OK I figured it out. I was trying to convert from my MPEG-2 DVD version that was file named the same as my DV version. I was loading the wrong file the whole time, which for some strange reason I thought was my DV AVI file. After encoding from the DV version, the mov plays and works fine now.
