Directory for Microsoft Grammar Checker

Does somebody know in which directory I have to put the Microsoft Grammar German Checker dll (msgr3ge.dll)?

There was also another dll missing, mssp3ge (about 120 KB), do I have to install that one too? in the same directory?

ok. I found a way myself. If somebody would likes to know how I did it, here is the answer.

I downloaded the three german files from http://www.geocities.com/andi--poole/; there you can also find the language files for Spanish, French, Italien, Dutch, Finnish, and Portugese. Than I extracted the files and copied them into the folder C:\Programme\Gemeinsame Dateien\Microsoft Shared\Proof (sorry got it only in german), and I was ready to go.
