Hi. I just put together my own computer, and I can't get the All-In-Wonder (AiW) Radeon 7500 that I bought to give me a display on the screen.

I have a:

AMD Athlon XP 2200; 512MB SDRAM
and I'm running the cpu right now on a cheap Matrox Graphics Millennium PCI card. My motherboard is a Shuttle AK32A motherboard.

The steps I've taken:

1. I've tried taking out the Matrox PCI card and putting in the AGP AiW card, result: no display.
2. I've tried keeping in the Matrox PCI card and putting in the AGP AiW card, result: system won't boot past the BIOS screen.
3. I've tried uninstalling the drivers for the Matrox PCI card, and then taking the PCI card out, and putting in the AGP AiW card, result: no display.
4. I've tried uninstalling the drivers for the Matrox PCI card and leaving the Matrox PCI card in, while plugging in the AGP AiW card, result: nothing past the BIOS.

This is frustrating because my motherboard is 2X/4X AGP compliant, so it should work.

ATI's customer support is "experiencing technical difficulties," so I came here. Can anyone help me by giving me some suggestions as to what is wrong?

Thanks, I would greatly appreciate any help.

I assume you have changed you bios setup to reflect a agp instead of a pci?
