Cradle to the Grave DVD Question

I tried to backup the DVD Cradle to the Grave using DVD Decryptor, DVD2Avi, CCE, PullDown, and DVD Maestro. When I get to the DVD Maestro part of the process and Import Media Assest, it shows about a 3:00 minute time difference between the AC3 audio and the cce/pulldown created m2v file (pulldown done with Progressive and Drop Frames enabled). After I compile the files in Maestro and do the Ifoupdate/Get VtsSectors in Ifoedit, I tried doing a DVD Play from Ifoedit. It seems to play fine for the 1st chapter, but on the 2nd chapter the audio if ahead of the video. Any ideas as to what I did wrong?:confused:
