What are the best setting for video quality for NTSC SVCD or VCD?

Any suggestion with good video quality and not that big in size?

size would depend on the bitrate of the video and audio.

Setting -> Video -> Motion seach percision -> High quality or Highest quality

i think the differences between High & Highest quality is only a little.

for best quality, go with svcd; for size, go with vcd
