multiple dvd's to one

i have four dvds.they are each only a half hour long.can i put these to one dvd+r?if so can i make a menu so when i put it in the dvd player i can pick wich one of the four episodes i wanna watch.

Yes it is possible if they all fit on one DVD+R. You can do this with TMPG Author. It's still possible even if it doesn't fit but then you can use something like DVDShrink to transcode it to fit one disc.
