feature request: VDub Priority Default change

I suggest that it will be possible to specify the
vdubmod "processing thread priority" default for all the
passes via gk job (idel-highest)

you probably know this already, until it will be supported (or not) you can change the defaults in the preferences dialog, you probably want to change some defaults there anyway, right?
