View Full Version : Multi films on one DVD?

I've got a couple of DVDR's with more than one film on. I assume these have come from original DVD's and put together (just the films and a custom menu to select the film, not the orgiginal DVD menues) cos they've still got 5.1 sound.

How do I do this? I can make a multi film DVD from (S)VCD with TMPG DVD Author and I can rip a full DVD. I ripped JUST the film from a DVD (using DVD DEcrypter), which didn't include the VIDEO_TS.IFO file, so encoded with DVD2One. That let me make a DVDR of the film. But how do I do it with more than one film? Say I want to rip films from 3 DVD's - just the films and no menues - and put them on one DVD with a custom menu for selecting the film. Keeping 5.1 and whatever.

Not sure if I'm making sense!

This is a very popular request and there are many guides for this varying from complete re-authoring though adding menus to simple re-naming the second film and adding a new Video_ts.ifo
Do some more searching.
If you have MyDVD and don't want to re-encode you can try my guide - A Simple Menue - easy! (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=56225)

just use
TMPGE DVD Author
it does all the menus and builds the
file structures for you, and its easy.
