DVD Shrink analysis question

I've been trying the latest versions of DVD Shrink. The first time I run the program on a DVD, the analysis automatically starts as the files are loaded. If I run the program again on the same DVD, as I have been doing on the latest updated versions, the analysis box does not come up, and the deep analysis option cannot be checked again when backing up. Why is this? Is the analysis "stored" somewhere on my computer from the first time I ran the program, and if so, can it be deleted/reset?

DVDShrink caches both versions of analysis, startup and deep.

If you wish to delete it, for Windows 2000/XP, look in

C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\DVD Shrink 3.0

Enter whatever user account you login as for <user>.
