VCD out of sync.

I have a vcd where the audio is slightly out of sync, whats the easyest way to fix this.
Could i demux the audio and video the remux them with something to fix the sync issue?

depends on if it's out of sync from the beginning or it gradually gets worse...if it gets worse, then you need to demultiplex, and stretch the sound to be the exact same length as the video...that should do the trick. (you can do this with cool edit pretty easily).

Its out of snyc from the beginning, and stays like it.
