Divx / Xvid for Videoconferencing?

I would like to ask if someone has some ideas about the possibilities for using Divx / Xvid in video conferencing.

Are there already working solutions or are there video conferencing software programs where it is possible to use custom codecs?

Besides H.323 and SIP, I don't know nothing else.
Most solutions around are for streaming which is not the same as conferencing, I think.


But you're Houdini so I have faith in you :D
