GeForce VIVO purchase advice ?

i am searching for good all-around-card plz help ?

my box : P4 2.4 / 512 ram
i would like to get GF4 Ti4200 VIVO or GF FX5600 VIVO, on the gaming side both cards are close, but i can not find a lot info on VIVO features that i am interested in . all reviews i found on net (google,tomshardware,anand ......) are more about gaming performance.

for capturing i use DAZZLE II (mpeg1/2 HW encoder) but it is unusable for watching tv because audio laaaags baddly during capture preview....

also sometimes i wish to capture using huffy/mjpeg/divx/xvid.

ATI AIW is ot of question. i had one and i was disapointed with drivers software and compatibility issues.

my budget is up to $ 150 (US)

please post some website link that has review of vivo capabilities of GF Ti4200 vivo and/or GF FX5600 vivo

i have the gainward geforce4 ti4200 650xp golden sample with vivo, and the capture quality is fantastic.

not sure about any review sites, but if you want me to capture some stuff for you, and send you samples, gimme a shout.

please capture few minutes of news and few minutes of some movie/anime with huffy . when u done i`ll set ftp acc. so u can upload or put it somewhere that i can download those samples

i only have 256kbit/s up, so it's screenshots and/or high quality divx or nothing, i'm afraid.

at 10MB/sec for a huffy capture, i don't fancy uploading 5 seconds' worth, let alone a few minutes :)
