getting runtime error with ifoupdate

hi, when im running ifoupdate i always get the following error message: Run-Time Error '75': Path/File access error.
but i entered valid paths (auto-analizig is working too)
what am i doing wrong?

i was backing up the ifo files from the mounted image and forgot to replace the write protection
