My problem is when i convert an avi to mpeg-2, i use avisynth to add subs and to add black borders, also i use tmpegenc 2.520, and the resulting mpeg-2 file have like a little slowdown, very little but i can look it, any idea why??,and if you can give me the best configuration convert to mpeg-2, thanks.
