SVCDs authored with Nero Doesnt allow TimeSeek

i used Nero 5.5.10.32 to author some SVCds
the problem is that i cant enter the time and seek in my dvd player with these cds..my friend used nero and i was able to seek with that

Don't use Nero. Various versions have had problems producing fully standard-compliant discs, sometimes resulting in errors like you describe. It was supposedly fixed at some stage, but other people claim there have been fall-backs to the earlier, buggy code afterwards.

Try VCDEasy or a different vcdimager frontend.
