I'm looking for the best solution to output my edits in the best lossless format for CCE MPEG-2 encodes. Most people have advised me to use HUFFYUV. I notice the warning under the config that HUFFYUV may give slightly lossy compression unless you use RGB.
I found this new Codec on the DVDHELP tools section. Its the AlparySoft Video Lossless Codec.
Has anyone tried this yet? How about into CCE?
Opinion, please?

1) Read up before asking! There are tons of guides, FAQs and each forum has a dedicated Q&A thread with additional info.
1a) Use the search function before posting. Chances are your question has already been answered.
Well, this one is very easy to find, and you'll see it's of no use for you. The info about huffyuv you got is totally wrong as well.

if you live in a YV12 world you might like VBLE codec :)

At the current debugging rate I might have my lossless mode ready in another couple days. It'll definately be ready before lossy mode.

I searched before posting on aparysoft with no hits and that's why the post. I realize I spelled t wrong. OK, its not what I want. I'll stick to HUFFYUV RGB if that's what is recommened for exporting AVIs for CCE input.
