Since re-installing codecs to smooth things out a bit I found I get a much better picture quality using DivX player 2.1 than standard WinMed Player. This never used to be a problem.. guess I never re-installed something. Anyways i want to set my auto-launch CD's to open using DivX 2.1, But this keeps failing to open movie file when fired up using RalfoDivX's Autolaunch 1.5 although it will read the same file when double clicked or drag and dropped. Here is the error message:

Any help appreciated, cos like an engine in my pants...it driving me nuts!
