What program do I use to convert LPCM to AC3 or another compact audio format, and what are the steps? Please Help

u have to use besweet or SoftEncode for it, as a matter of fact besweet's support is for experimental purposes at the moment so that leaves u with SoftEncode as a valid option. Audio forum is the best place for u to be at the moment.
