Im using sat receiver to record MPEG2 format, different provider, different TV-channels and different video resolution,
some time I have 720x576 and some time I have 544x576
and so on....

Question:
It is possible to put different resolution like 544x576 into DVDr/rw
without any reencoding?
Reencoding take to much time...,
I mean like by 704x576 resolution, all what we need to make 720x576, that only to put this file into "DVDPatcher_v105b" for 2-3 second and than through "Ulead DVD MovieFactory 2" will authoring Vob-file which suitable for burning pure DVD!

If no, how can I use Cinema Craft software to put in, direct mpeg2 file for reencode mine 544X576 to DVD-720x576 format?

Thanks

If your Video is 704x576 or 352x576, there's no need for any Patching or Re-Encoding. Both are true DVD-Resolutions.

Some Programs like DVDLab can handle Videos with different Resolutions without Re-Encoding.
If i'm putting Videos with differnt Resolutions on one DVD, i used a patched Version of SpruceUp to do that, works fine.

If you want to Re-Encode, use AVISynth to do the Resizing. Guides can be found here on the Board and on doom9.org.

sorry, what do you mean "...i'm putting Videos with differnt Resolutions on one DVD..." in one DVDr/rw or what?
If so, can SpruceUp also to re-encode 544x576 to 720x576 and also
so fast like for example Cinema Craft?
If so, where can I get this SW - patched Version of SpruceUp?

Thanks

Like i wrote: You can put two or more Videos on a DVD (R/W) with different Video-Resolutions by using SpruceUp. But not all Players will play them correct.

SpruceUp is an Authoring-Program, not a Transcoder or Encoder.

Where to get SpruceUP... ask the Net. The program is not longer distributed.

to use multiple different frame sizes on the one DVD, you need to use separate VTS' for each.

you can theoretically use the SVCD frame header trick to author non-standard res' onto a disc.

That's why i'm using SpruceUp to do such things. ;)

Yes, but not more than one video on a single DVD, because DVDlab is a single-VTS program. You have to take care to use the same type of audio, too, if you put more than one video on the disc.

@Kika!
I have just tested SpruceUp ver.1.0.0.1 I dont know if it the last version, but if I want open or import mpeg2-file with no compliant resolution like 544x576, program will not load it!
Maybe I do some wrong, if so, can you please explain me a few steps
how can I autoring Vob-files for DVD from mpeg2-544x576 or other not
compliant DVD-format files with through SpruceUp?

Thanks in advance

On my Version (guees 1.06 or something like that), i've done the following:

Make a Backup of SpruceUps Supportlibs.dll.
Open the Original-DLL with an Hex-Editor.
Search for: 74 CE 5F 32 C0
Change it to: 74 CE 5F B0 01

After that, i can load nearly any MPEG2-File to produce a DVD.

Now I have a problem to add second audio stream to the movie,
I dont understand why if I muxing two audio streams into movie,
SpruceUp will can`t able to load (import)this file?
It is normal?
