Adobe premiere & xvid encoding

Hi , 1st of all , i searched every where on forum but i didnt solve my problem.

Im tryin to do a cs movie --> im using videomatch 2.6.3 & adobe premiere

2nd --> ss taken , i encode all of the ss in a .avi file ( xvid encoder @ 1337 bitrate )

Big surprise --> Im trying to do the same in Adobe premiere that i sew i cant encode --> explation here

1st.For an example : I have 5 file ( .avi (xvid codec @ 1337 birate ) then i adjust my "special effect - music - transition - etc.. ) after that i click on export timeline ( the video ) i choose the xvid codec ( 1337 bitrate ) i click on ok ... big surprise it only encode the music and i clicked on "export video and music" . A black screen with music ...

if any1 know how to solve this shit plz help me ( btw im a french canadian - sry if my explanation isnt accurate ) :D

sorta lost me there

did u drag and dop the video in to the timeline ??
i assume you owuld of,

from that
File > Export Timeline > Video...

select codec and settings and hit Save

should work fine,
works here fine.

check ya audio settings when you go to save
(under the Settings button)

Best to export to huffyuv and encode the xvid off that.

k , i've made few screenshot to accurate my problem...

With the DIVX codec used , i can saw the image on adobe premiere but i didnt see any image with xvid codec ( the dark square before the name of the video .. normally theres a picture of the start/end )

I don't think Premiere can edit mpeg4 files properly. Use a different codec for your intermediary files such as HuffYUV as suggested by K_R, or just use the raw screenshots (batch convert them to jpeg if disk space is a concern). Also, there are a ton of guides for making frag videos on the net, so search for them.
