I am sure this is not what you need, but I bought "HellRaiser III" in a small store in China Town, New York, back home I noticed the "transfer" was real crap (Bootleg copy).

The company, according to the information in the case, is Top Ten New Media Production Limited HKSAR, then I realised why they were selling it so cheap.

Bladerunner gets my vote. In both PAL and NTSC versions.

It's supposed to have an AR of 2.35:1 but it's more like 2.00:1. Even the vertical edges can be seen to slope, especially 'frame right'. The main image is 'frame up', causing the top matte to be smaller in height than the bottom matte.

The audio is bad too. As it's a Dolby Digital 'Pro Logic' sound track. Yep, they could'nt even be bothered to create an 6Ch AC3 sound track!

Jeez, it's just plain bad.

"The Baby of Macon" (Peter Greenaway)

Individual frames have these separations between horizontal lines in fast moving scenes (I think this is due to interlacing, but I don't know enough to be entitled to an opinion in this field...) In any case I do know it looks bad.

Also the audio is less than crisp. Which is a particular issue because there's no subtitles in my native language, dialogue is difficult enough as it is and I don't hear particularly well.

I keep a Greenaway collection but this one is torture.

There is a lot...
Probably worst what I saw is 'Lepa sela lepo gore' - 'Pretty Village, Pretty Flame' R1 edition, obviously taken from VHS, and additionally it's all in purple tone.
Croatian film (their publishing) 'Sami' is worse than good VHS copy.

Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves - german edition - unsharp, low contrast etc... and so on...

Although Disney's Beauty and the Beast is THX certified, it is full of mosquito noise due to low bitrate. It's really horrible! Also the color seem WAY off, i thought the beast was brown, but on this DVD it's more like red. I'll think again before buying THX DVD's.

Weird thing is that although The Lion king isn't ready yet, it has been THX certified for ages... it makes you think.
