How to add filters to Dr. DivX?

I want to make a DivX video of my original MPEG video, and add a logo in the upper right corner, but the problem is that there are no filters with Dr. DivX. Where can I download these filters and how do I use them with Dr. DivX?

There is a logofilter with VirtuaDub, but I don't know how to integrate it into Dr. DivX.

put it in the C:\Program Files\DivX\Dr.DivX\Plugin\vdub folder, or similar.
