How to make a one disc backup of 2 disk DVDXCOPY Backup?

I made a backup of one of my kids movies and it works great but is on 2 dvds. I want to make it one dvd as they have already messed the original up and now one of the backups skips at times. I can still read them with the computer. Any help for me or should I just go buy another original and do it that way?
