how to seperate into two parts?

I started a GKnot rip, but i ran out of harddrive space right when i was finishing. I deleted the vobs and was able to append the credits to the end of the movie and include the audio in Nandub, but i'm not sure how to split the movie so each half can fit on to disk and be split right on a scene. How do I split them this way?

But If you're too lazy, heres a quick guide:


Open the File with VirtualDub-Mod (VDUBMOD)
Use the slider to go to a scene near the middle
Use the Keyfarme button n' skip to the position of the CD's size
Cut the video there (mark the rest behind this point n' delete it)
Set Video and Audio compression to direct stream copy
Save the video now


Note: Video must start with a keyframe!

But I recommend to read the Guides, they really help... ;)
