ripped animatrix now what

i used the ifo mode in dvd decryptor to rip the animatrix so i could get angle 1 now i have all the vobs but how do i burn it because if i use ifoedit or dvd2one the anglews come back and then the navigation is all out of whack ie: the credits start at the beginning . if i double click on the vobs it starts from the begining but if i use powerdvd to read the ifo it acts as thi=ough i didnt rip the angle or seemless branching or whatever its called. I hope i explained this ok thanks

You might look at how to rip it by episode (I used DVD Decrypter), like a tv show backup, and not the whole thing at once. Then encode each episode as a seperate mpg. Then you can use your favorite authoring program, put a menu to choose which episode and yu are all set.
