"DVD files could not be created" error in scenarist using the big 3 method

hi this is my first post. I did a search but couldn't find anything about this.

Encoding family guy disc 1, NTSC, english audio and commentary, subtitles. There are 7 PGCs, but it stops after #5

When I mux the files in scenarist, I get this line21: at xx:xx:xx:xx or 00:00:00:00 is across cell boundary(cell #a and #b)

why did you assume the line21 error was your problem? it's not.

Here's your issue:

Error Video or Audio Buffer underflow: (Dts: 95613750, SCR 95613885)
Error dvd_mux : DoMux Multiplexing Error
Error Terminated Multiplexing (famillyguy1.scn-VTS_03_PGC_05_t.vob).
Error Total bitrate is too HIGH. Please reduce the stream bitrate or the number of stream.

Reduce the max bitrate of your main movie and reencode. This will go away.

The bitrate was somewhere between 3000 and 3200kbps.

I've done disc2 of the family guy and the bitrate was about the same and I didn't get any errors. I tried lowering the bitrate to 2900kbps and got the same error. Thanks for your help though.

Reduce the max bitrate of your main movie and reencode. This will go away.

If the max bitrate was only 3000, you aren't following the guide correctly. ;)
