Which Option should i use to deinterlace a movie.

- Field deinterlace
- Seperate Fields
- TomsMoComp
- Internal Xvid Deinterlace

Or some of the above combined?

This isn't the right forum for this (it would have been better in the AviSynth Usage forum). Also you should never really ask "what's best" because it's very subjective. Also, importantly please state your source (I assume your talking about a DVD, but Anime for example is very different to Film (which often doesn't need deinterlacing)).

If you can obviously see Deinterlacing artefacts in your coding, try TomsMoComp, Ive heard nothing but good things about it. If after trying it you still have problems post back.

Interlace button is used to KEEP interlaced fields, not to deinterlace anything. This will give better compression and quality on interlaced material.

Please start searching and reading up. These are very basic questions. Everyone so far has been extremely kind, but if you don't start reading don't expect that to continue. Basically someone would leave a source interlaced because they don't want to have any deinterlacing artifacts or ghosting, and their intended display monitor can handle interlaced material without combing effects, i.e. standard TV. Please, please read the page bilu linked to carefully.
