Canopus vs. Cinema Craft

Hello!

Which one is the best Encoder, for interlaced
PAL Movies at very high Bitrates (full 9,8 DVD
Mbit/s).

Some people say CCE SP is better (i know it is
very good, very fast, and very good), but other
say Canopus would be better.

Time does not matter, so which one is better?

At high Bitrates, use CCE. ProCoder is the best Encoder for interlaced Video at low Bitrates, because it does a litte Noise-Reduction to the Video. On high Bitrates, that's not necessary.
