gordian knot and r4r use diferent dvd2avi.ini files

gordian knot uses a dvd2avi.ini in the working directory. Actually I'm not sure what it's using exactly to figure out this directory, maybe the last directory a d2v file was loaded from? Anyway r4r leaves the ini file in the directory where dvd2avi lives. This is the same as the bahvior if you run dvd2avi directly so this seems like the right way to do it. Having diferent ini files in diferent place is very confusing. You think you changed an option once and run it from a diferent place and then get results you didn't expect.

ok.. I could be wrong. r4r does seem to generate a dvd2avi.ini file in the project directory, although I'm not sure if the one in the program directory affects the values used to generate the one in the working directory or if r4r generates all it's own settings. I guess it was probably just running dvd2avi directly that was giving me diferent results.... still not such a great thing. I'm confused, but then that's the problem.. multiple .ini files laying around gets confusing.
