I have been trying to make an XCD for some time, with no success. I've searched for a solution to this problem,in this forum and elsewhere, but no luck.
For example;
I used Mode2cd to make a XCD bin file . The source was on OGG file at 792 Megs. The bin file ended up being 910 megs. I use Nero 5.5.10.35.
Nero won't overburn because it's just too big.
I don't understand why the bin is so bloated.
I don't know if this quote from the mode2cd readme explains my problem;
"Beware that if the source file was not an exact multiple of 2324, there will be some padding zeroes at the end of the file. This might prevent it of being played properly"
If that is the problem, how do I make the size compliant?
Help would be greatly appreciated.
In your responses please use jargon lightly, for I'm, no programmer.
Thank you all for your time,
COMA

Sounds like you're not adding the file as a form2 file. If using the GUI, make sure you click 'add media files' and not 'add files'. If using the CLI, post your commandline.

I'm using the GUI. Wow, I can't believe I missed that. What a simple solution. Thanks for your speedy, and helpful response.
