Blank pgc

Just about to backup a 2 disc dvd, disc two is only 3GB , easy to backup.Disc 1 is 6.3GB, but all thats on it is the movie,audio and subs, no extras.The thing is when i load it into dif4u theres two pgc in the vts set.The first is the movie which is 2H, the second is 0 seconds.
Ive seen blank program chains on other dvds, is there a reason for this.

Well I don't know what they used it for but the other day I was trying to make one myself. Reason - I wanted to put some commands in there. Have a look with ifoedit in VTS_PGCITI / PGC_2 scroll down to the comannd table - are there some ?
