Come on guy, what do you want, BIN, IMG, or WHAT????

With DVDDecrypter, you can make an ISO file.
(Which is AFAIK just the same as an IMG file,
except of the different extension)

Try CouJo´s ImgTool Clasic (you can download it from doom9´s download page). It is easy to use and no problems were reported :). Then you can burn your image with e.g. DVD Decrypter (btw this one of the safest way to make functional copy).

Zorbho, I was just wondering, are you asking because your burning software is asking for a .img file. This stumped me initialy when I was using Record now max. The work around for this is to rename your .DVD file to a .ISO file, which Record now max recognizes under it's other images tab. This will now burn perfectly. I hope this information may be of some assistance to you.
