I've been to your web page and have been reading your guides. They are great by the way.

I've read the ones about stripping unwanted vobid's out of vob's and copying the results over the original files. My question is:

Should get vts sectors be performed after doing that? As your guide doesn't state so.

I never normally do it as sometimes I have come across DVD's with blank 0kb VOB files and other weird stuff and doing Get VTS Sectors directly after ripping adjusts the original IFO's as these dummies aint referred to

I think The Matrix was one but Im not sure

I can't see the harm in doing it and I guess from reading other recommendations it would be wise to do after you've done your complete stripping

I know the Q was for MackemX, but I have to say this:
I have learned the hard way, and after a lot of trial and error, NOT to do 'get VTS sectors' after stripping. It has been a mystery to me to.
As M. says, there's weird stuff out there, and more than once, I ruined a good ....15 minutes session of stripping by getting VTS sectors. Sometimes it doesn't hurt to do it, but sometimes it does, and you have to start all over again. Lately, in about 5 super stripped DVDs I didn't do it at all, and everything works fine.
