opinion on tv capture card

Hello, i was searching ebay and found this card, it looks ok and captures at FULL pal, (my current card does not) which would make the quality higher than my current card, but i don't know anything about these cards.
The name of the card is "ATM Moviestar capture card" here is a link to the card on ebay.

Without knowing more about it, which encoding chip it uses, what it'll capture to (proprietary or what?) etc. Any samples?

Are there 2k/xp drivers? might be a problem with fat32's 4gb file limit... a few things to check before you buy.

yes good points! i have looked around and not found anything , it says it captures at full pal which is good, but i was thinking hopefully some one would know the make and tell me the specification.

i will email the guy and find out more, it could be a steal at the price they are gonig for! :D
