Where to upload new filters?

I have no web space. Is there somewhere to upload new filters
(source code and binaries?)

You can attach them to the forum, for starters. I have a web-based file manager (http://www.avisynth.org/FileHosting/login.php?page=%2FFileHosting%2Ffiles.php) at avisynth.org, if you're interested. Finally, I'm sure WarpEnterprises will be glad to add your filter to his collection at avisynth.org/~warpenterprises
