syncronising with IFO edit?

Does anyone know how to syncronise the audio between M2V and AC3 using IFO edit? (I have no other files than the M2V and AC3 and when placed into spruce up they are not in sync).

About 99% of the time, the original file name for the .ac3 file will have the delay included in it. When you are encoding, the delay setting is over on the left. Just type in the number.
