Help with mfToon

I'm trying to use the new mfToon, but it says I need to download:

Special(!) Warp Sharp package
MaskTools
aWarpSharp

to download MaskTools and aWarpSharp
are broken. Can someone please help me find MaskTools and
aWarpSharp

last i checked Kurosu's page was down (he's having hosting problems) so his masktools will probably be harder to come by off the web
