After fiddling around with this one for a week,I finally
got my Ideal setting.
500Kbps-1000kbps(no need for more,you will see).
At any res up to DVD(if you go over,need more bits...).
Use ALL OPTIONS(GMC,QPEL,B_frames).
Im not sure whats different in Qpel now over the last beta,
But its almost capable now of REAL(ultra low)video bit rates
and not look bad doing it...(yes its soft,but thats another
thread).
Ive encoded two whole movies with TWO(not the usual three)
passes and the results were VERY GOOD.
If this was mentioned elsewhere,Im really sorry...but QPEL
is gonna break the DIVX standard(for hardware,like XVID),but
QPel is gonna have to be implemented.....it really really
helps now.
