Buring Problem

Afternoon, I am having a problem burning to dvd-r,
my burner is LG GMA-4020B with Datawrite 4x DVD-R (red ones)
basically the completed discs won't launch anywhere, standalone dvd, xbox, windvd4 etc.
I have completed other movies with no problem

Movie: Signs
Ripped the whole movie using DVD Decryptor ver 3.1.6.0
Split whole movie using DVDFab ver 0.17.0 to create 2 images
ImgTool Burn ver 1.00.6 (nero ver 5.5.9.0)
alternatively used Pinnacle Instant Copy to burn the disks using no compression.

When I test the image file on the hard dirve they launch perfectly with windvd4
Any ideas

Have you tried playing the burnt disc in your burner? I have one burn that did this to me - haven't figured it out - will only play in burner, not in DVD player, DVD-ROM drive, etc...
