VCD => DVD (2 Audio Channels) HELP!!!

I need help converting a dual language VCD => DVD. I've converted the DAT file into M1V and MPA streams.

Please can somebody tell me how to convert both channels of the MPA stream into mono WAV/AC3 files, so I can author them to DVD as 2 seperate language tracks?

Any help would be much appreciated!

use besweet with gui and don´t forget to correct the sample rate
i don´t know if you can do mono output
