slide show and video?

I have wedding pictures and video from my sister-in-law's wedding and was wondering how I could put them both onto a dvd-r with one menu page with two buttons. One for the movie and one for the slideshow. Also How do you set the time for each picture?
I am using Maestro for this project unless there is something easier.
Please help me.....:(

If you could use scenarist it's quite easy (I bet in maestro as well). If you drag a still picture to the track editor scenarist asks what you want to do with it. One of the options is slideshow (what you want) and by defaults gets a duration of 10 secs. You can change this duration in the track editor ofcourse

You can do this very easy with Ulead DVD Pictureshow 2 or Ulead DVD Moviefactory 2.
