Do you know if there is a way to accurately detect on which time happens the layer break on a DVD, exept watching all the dvd waiting for this scene?

if u mean what I understood, u can open the ifo in ifoedit and note the time at the cell that is marked as Layer Break.

That is not 100% reliable, though. What IfoEdit calls a layer break is any clock discontinuity. If there's only one there's a good chance that it is the layer break.
The problem is the info you need is in two places, both hidden from PCs. First it appears in the lead-in, which, to my knowledge, no one has been able to read on a PC. The second place is the data itself. The layer break is signalled to the pickup tracking system by several sectors of all zeroes. But, again, DVD-ROM firmware hides that from the PC.
