Menno just announced at Hydrogenaudio (http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/index.php?showtopic=11753) this:
I just updated the audiocoding.com CVS to include the SBR decoder source code. It's still licensed under the GPL.

Compiled plugins, etc. will follow as soon as someone makes them available.

Your late Juha, CoreAAC test binaries with SBR support are already available in the new A/V formats sector ;) .... menno came to our IRC channel and made sure it all goes well ...
