scenarist question?

in scenarist all i really want to do is a menu with play movie on it and link the 2 together i can make menu's fine just havin probs linkin the movie to the button can anyone show mw a rough guide?

All you have to do is drag a line from the button to the movie and maybe from the post command back to your menu (also dragging)

did that and it worked fine:) can i still make chapter points in the movie without having to make chapter menu's so when the movie loads up and plays i can skip back and forth

Ofcourse you can. In the track editor you can add chapter points, you have to add scenes to your video, there's a little button for it.
