VOB loading and display

Not sure where to start

Want to be able to display a Video Window for a VOB that has a slider that moves the picture frame by frame.

What can I use thats out there to do this - i.e. Direct Show filters, VOB output filters? I will be doing this in Delphi. Are there any Delphi libraries out there to help with this?

Thanks, but went to sourceforge for GKnot and could not get the source. All that was there was some installer binaries for developers and these were just all the codec and filter DLLs.

Is GKnot code open source? If so were do I get the code so I can find out how to open and display a VOB?
